In addition to your monthly subscription, there are some additional fees you need to be aware of.

Setup and training fees

Before you get started and become a real pro with My Play Service, we need to do a few things.

We will set up your out of school or holiday club centre’s environment on our Microsoft Azure platform, the only Cloud that allows geo-localisation thus ensuring data are safely stored in the UK.

Then, to ensure you become a true management-system ninja, we deliver on-site and online training sessions.
With the help of your Sensei, your wannabe-ninja will set up activities, centre rules and explore the different features of the system. By the end of the session, you and your sidekicks will be confident using the system.

Card-fee

This charges don’t not apply if you use your own payment gateway.

As per the end-user fee, card transaction fees can either be borne by your organisation or transferred to end-users (parents), in which case card fees are added to the amount paid by end-users when they make their payments.

**A chargeback occurs when a end-user disputes a transaction made online. The transaction is then automatically reversed and the money is paid back into the end-user’s account until the payee produces proof that the transaction was made by the payer.
